Contracts.

When concluding a contract for the provision of legal services, you must provide your personal data necessary for the execution of the agreement, i.e. your name, e-mail address, telephone number and delivery address. The legal basis for processing your personal data included in the order is the performance of the contract. The data you provided us will be saved in the database of the software we use and will be stored there until the statute of limitations for claims under the contract.

E-mail contact.

When contacting us by e-mail, you naturally give us your e-mail address as the sender's address. Furthermore, you may also include other personal data in your message. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is your consent represented by initiating the  contact with us. Your personal data provided to us as part of the e-mail contact is processed solely for the purpose of handling your query. The contents of the correspondence may be archived.

Contact form.

In order to make it easier for you to contact us, we have included a contact form on our website - a communicator for on-line conversations (so-called chats). Using the form does not require you to provide personal data, however, sending an enquiry or message requires you to provide your name and surname, your e-mail address and your consent to the processing of your personal data by us. The legal basis for the processing of your personal data in this case is your consent. When you send us a message, it goes to our mailbox.

Cookies and other tracking technologies.

Our website, like almost all other websites, uses cookies to provide you with the best possible experience.

Cookies are small text information stored on your terminal device (e.g. computer, tablet, smartphone) that can be read by our ICT system.

Thanks to the Cookies, we can:

  • ensure the proper functioning of the website you expect from us;
  • improve the speed and safety of the website;
  • improve the functions available to you on our website;
  • use analytical tools;
  • use marketing tools;
  • use the comment system;

More details are provided below.

Acceptance of cookies.

When you visit our website for the first time, you will be shown information on the use of cookies. By accepting and closing this information, you express your consent to the use of cookies in accordance with this Privacy Policy. You can always withdraw your consent by deleting cookies and changing the cookie settings in your browser. Please remember, however, that disabling cookies may cause difficulties in using the website, as well as many other websites that use cookies.

Own cookies.

Cookies can be divided into own ones and those of third parties. As far as own cookies are concerned, we use them for the proper functioning of our website.

Third party cookies.

Our website, like most of today’s websites, uses features provided by third parties, which involves the use of third party cookies. The use of these types of cookies is described below.

Analysis and statistics.

We use cookies to track the site’s statistics, such as the number of visitors, the type of operating system and browser used to browse the site, time spent on the site, subpages visited, etc. For this purpose, we use the Google Analytics tool. The information collected in this respect is completely anonymous and does not allow for your identification. Google LLC's Google Analytics cookies are used for this purpose.

The use of Google Analytics services involves the implementation of a tracking code provided by Google in the code of our website. This code is based on cookies, but may also use other tracking technologies.

We would like to point out that Google has provided a browser add-on to block Google Analytics, available at https://tools.google.com/dlpage/gaoptout. If you do not want your data to be used by this software, we recommend using the tool provided by Google.

We also invite you to read Google’s general privacy policy available at https://www.google.com/analytics/learn/privacy.html.

Social Media features.

We provide the opportunity to use social media features, such as subscribing to our company profile (fanpage) on a given social networking website. We would like to inform you that we are the controller of personal data (name, surname and image) of users who observe our company profile (fanpage) on Facebook. Personal data are not processed within the framework of databases over which we have control, as they are only processed within the framework of Facebook databases. This service is owned by a personal data controller independent of us. We use this portal also as a user, but having access to lists of people who are watching us, we have become an independent controller of personal data. You can deny us access to your personal data at any time by using the appropriate function provided by the respective portal (“Undo the ‘like’ of a Facebook page”).

We would like to point out that using the features provided by Facebook is associated with the use of cookies of the administrators of these services.

In the case of Facebook, Facebook cookies are stored on your computer or other device used to view this portal, including visiting our fanpage, during each visit (whether or not you have an account on this portal), which are intended to store information in your Internet browser and remain active for a period of two years if they are not deleted earlier. Thanks to these cookies, our company may obtain from Facebook statistics prepared by this portal based on the number of people visiting our fanpage. Although they are anonymised (they do not allow us to identify specific people who have visited our fanpage and viewed the content made available on it), these statistics allow us to know the profile of people who have visited our fanpage. Using the filters provided by Facebook, we may define the criteria on the basis of which these statistics are to be compiled (e.g. demographic and geographical data), and we may also determine the categories of people whose personal data will be used by Facebook. Based on the statistics provided by Facebook, we can therefore better match the content we provide so that it can be of greater interest to Facebook users, including those who subscribe to our fanpage.

Server logs

Using the website involves sending queries to the server, on which the website is stored. Each query addressed to the server is saved in the server logs.

The logs include your IP address, date and time of the server, information about your web browser and operating system. Logs are saved and stored on the server.

The data stored in the server logs are not associated with specific individuals using the service and are not used by us to identify you.

The server logs are only a support material for administering the site and their content is not disclosed to anyone other than those authorised to administer the server.

Thank you very much for familiarising yourself with the principles of personal data protection in our company!
